　　但由于部分養兔戶拔毛的方法及時間掌握不好，如拔毛手法不當，采毛粗暴，造成兔皮下機械損傷，損傷皮膚和毛囊，拔毛后對兔的飼養管理又不善，因而引發許多疾病，不但影響兔的生長發育及產毛量，而且還可造成死亡。因此，長毛兔拔毛前后必須注意以下幾點：

　　采毛后用一層干凈的塑料布或報紙鋪墊，拔完一只兔換一張。采毛人員的雙手每采完一只 兔用75%的酒精棉球徹底一遍，拔完毛的兔體用75%的酒精棉球進行涂擦。
